About CoCo Farms

CoCo Farms is one of Antioch’s First Recreational Cannabis Dispensaries to open since Prop 64 passed in 2016. The licensed Cannabis facility is owned and operated by the same management team as its sister company Rio Vista Farms, and the Gas Station. The brothers Martin and Andrew Wesley opened their first licensed Cannabis Business in 2018 in Rio Vista, CA.

Phase 1 of the project opened on December 24 of 2019 and includes the retail storefront portion of the project. CoCo Farms held their ‘Grand Opening’ celebration on February 1, 2020. The dispensary in Antioch is open seven days a week from 8AM to 8PM.

In addition to the dispensary, the final project will include 130,000 ft of indoor canopy for cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. Contact us for any information regarding the status of this project.
